  • 1.  alarm console in UMP does refresh

    in UMP, sometimes, for certain user, alarm console does not refresh!

    The only way I have found, is to restart dashboard_engine probe, but it affects every logged users....

     

    do you know a workaround or a solution?

    Did you ever find a work around for this? I am having the same issue

    I had this issue and it appears resolved in ump 2.5.2.  Before then I had a ao profile to restart DE on a regular basis cause of this issue.

    Hi,

     

    sorry for the delay...

     

    In fact it was a probe that sometimes failed... I don't remember exactly wich one it was (dashboard_engine?!?).

    I solved this be restarting my UMP server every night.

     

    Now I am in UMP 2.52, and I didn't change the restart,... So I can not confirm you that it is solved with UMP upgrade.
