Scheduling Scripts

I am looking for the best way to run a script at a specific time, on a 24h interval. I have been using the NAS Auto-Operator Scheduler to accomplish this, however, when the NAS probe restarts, It throws off the start time of the scripts. In other words, it seems like it is restarting the 24h interval. This is not a major issue because the script just needs to run once a day, but I would like to find a more controllable way to accomplish this. I had this issue with doing blackouts via the scheduler and I overcame this by moving them to use pre-processing rules and operating periods. I would appreciate any ideas. Attached is my scheduler configuration.
