Stratigies for monitoring Withess IPT Call Recording Servers

We have a potential client that has 2 - Cisco MCS 7825s and 2 - Witness Call Recording Servers.  Due to the nature of their businees they need to be sure the Witness Call Recording Servers are functioning and doing their job.  I'm looking for the best method(s) to monitoring these servers.
