QOS reports shows Maximum as n/a

Hi All


I was hoping to try and understand why my qos reports always show "n/a" as the value for Maximum in my graphs.


Average and stdev seem to work but not maximum. Please could someone help shed some light on this as I am unable to get it working and it has been requested by a few of my customer.
