Service Level Agreement and logmon inquiry

I'm using logmon to monitor a log file for a specific event that occurs between 4am and 7am every morning.  When the event occurs it generates an informational alarm and adds an entry to the QoS database.  We would like to be able to include this in a SLA that we have.  The event needs to occur between 4am and 7am or the SLA is not met. Any suggestions on how I would set this up?
