is there some integration between nimsoft and autotask.com?
Currently there is only uni-directional integration, i.e. an alarm is opened in Nimsoft, an email is sent to AutoTask in a format it can parse and then a ticket is opened - that's easy to setup and is how NimsoftMS communicates with help-desk and ticketing systems where we haven't built an actual Gateway Probe.
With that said, if you're actually looking for bi-directional communication between NimsoftMS and AutoTask (example: an alarm is opened in NimsoftMS, a ticket is then automatically opened in AutoTask, once a ticket is opened in AutoTask it updates the Alarm in NimsoftMS with the ticket number, once the ticket is closed in AutoTask it automatically clears it in NimsoftMS) we simply haven't written it because we haven't had a customer need it. Nimsoft generally doesn't build Gateways if there isn't a business case for it as it obviously wouldn't be good use of development time, however, we have been very close to building the AutoTask Gateway in the past and had it all spec'd out and verified it was something we could do, then at the last minute the prospect decided to go in a different direction so the Gateway was scrapped.
For what it's worth, integration in NimsoftMS is usually fairly easy, it's just a matter of verifying the product you're interested in integrating with NimsoftMS has some kind of API that we could build into a probe - even if it doesn't there are usually ways around it but that's best case scenario.
