    Are there any RUM users in here? If so, how is your experience with it?

    From day 1, I have been experiencing all kind of weird behavior…

     

    My latest two

     

    Unable to turn on/off or edit “Measurement Properties” from Admin Console.

    Making changes having no immediate effect. Looks like the config in use is (at best) one step behind the changes made?!

     

     

    Unable to save new value in "Slow WS Threshold(ms)" for spesific WS.

     

     

    Any comments of the two above or other strange behavior I should know about before I throw it out?

    Just to note we have 5 or so RUM devices but haven't noticed this problem.  Currently we are in the process of re-working our RUM deployments but the only issue I have seen so far is when data starts from a physical location, goes into the VMWare environment and comes back out.  For some reason we don't see the completed process, all the time.  This very well could be the way we have the tool implemented, which is why we are re-woring our solution.
