I am looking for any advice in regards to setting up Nimsoft in an MSP environment. In particular, I would like to know how others are configuring as it relates to naming conventions etc. I would like to know how configure in such a way that an when an operator receives an alert, the alert would contain info such as (Customer, DeviceName, Platform (such as Windows,Linux, Network Device)). Currently the Hub in the customer environment is the customeName and the robotname is the actual hostname. The problem is when alerts are generated the operator has no quick way to determine the customer,hostname, and platform from the message alone.
