I want to setup logmon for my production servers that send an email/page on a thresholded event if the condition is met more that once, (i.e. the log gets multiple entries). Is there any easy was of doing this?

You can have the logmon probe send an alarm message every time the condition is met. Then have an AO profile that matches on a count greater than or equal to 2, and configure it to send the email.
You may also need another AO profile that closes an alarm if the count is 1 after a few minutes, if you consider that an indication of independent events.
