SLA and SLO reports

Hello ,

I just wanted to know if some one out there has some SLA reports that measures hardware availability and uptime on servers. I am using net_connect ping response and network connectivity packet loss for the quality of service constrains , but I realized that last month on a particular date we had disrruption of our service for about 30 min that included some servers not being available  . After looking at the % for the agreement achieved at that time it didn't really affected the compliance . Nimsoft suggested that using the ping response measure was not a good idea.
