This might be stupid question. But lets say for some reason you want to clear the DB, and remove all devices from NiS view and start over?
Is there a way to do this?

The easiest way to achieve this is by either removing all scopes (in the NiS Manager) for the respective discovery agent(s) or simply by changing the scope type from include to exclude. Then let the discovery server take care of the rest. Things should have been reset within 2 minutes.
