alarms not being sent

I am having trouble receiving alarms.  When I run the emailgtw log I see the following messages all the time:

user sjamison@businessvitals.com not a NimBUS user or does not have an email address set

This was working before and I am not sure what else to look at.  My username is there and has the appropriate email address listed in there.
