    Hi Everyone,

Just curious to know if anyone had a situation in your production environment where controller, nas and hub config files being corrupted? If yes, eager to know the root cause for the same.

    Thanks,

I've seen this multiple times. The main reason they get corrupt has
been because the disk gets full. The robot doesn't handle full disk
very well (because space management when it comes to file handling is
a brand new topic that noone has handled before :smileywink:).

    I've also noticed a couple times that robot.cfg and/or controller.cfg
randomly becomes empty (without disk running full). I've never been
able to identify the cause in those situations.

ya. I also had this instance where the entire nas.cfg file was zero kb which resulted in a big havoc. Fortunately we had a backup of cfg file and restored it and even till date we haven't got a chance to find the root cause for the issue.

Also I recently faced this situation post the server was patched and rebooted may be like 10 hours. Just wanted to know if patching would have caused this issue? Any idea?

Patched how? It probably shouldn't matter tho. There is no good reason why the config should become garbled (other than disk corruption).
