Intermittent conection Hub (relay)

Using the Infrastructure Manager from the cloud, I have a intermittent conection from the cloud to my Relay, during the last two weeks it worked ok, but since yesterday, it appear in red color and some seconds in green color. We verify all the configurations ports in the router and it is ok. I changed the configuration tunnel using 443 or 48003 port but it present the same problem.

Any advice about this problem?
