Can someone help me to understand or let me know some best practices

for monitoring the Active Directory Infrastucture and its Related Services

Nimsoft has the following out-of-the-box probes that you can leverage:

• AD Server - This is used to monitor general health of your DC's; services, processes, etc.
• AD_Evl - This parses logs specific to your DC's and can be configured to look for event faults, replication errors and more. Here are some "Best Practice" recommendations from MS worth noting: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb727052.aspx
• AD_Response - This probe is invaluable and may be used to verify logins function and that replication is occurring between DC's and can be setup to notify on lag as well

In addition to those probes, i would like to know whether the ADFS,Certificate Services, Rights Management Services,

can be monitored and how effectively i can monitor my AD Infrastructure
