How to configure hub level fail-over in UIM.

I have a primary Hub and secondary hub,each hub is hosted with 300+ devices..
If i add HA probe and configure in both hub it will maintains High availability ?.Confirm
The ha probe needs to be deployed on the secondary hub.
HA will monitor the primary hub and if it loses contact with it it Initiates a failover.

you install the HA probe on the secondary hub only. If the primary fails, the seconday (which does a healthping) will take over according to what you have configured. Once the primary hub is up again, the secondary should notice and fall back. For more details, please check the probe documentation as referenced by Marco.
The two hubs holds different set of devices,in this case the ha probes must be configured in both ends?
the HA does not support that. It can only run on the hub that is meant for a failover of the primary hub. The idea is that the failover hub takes over the functionalities of the primary hub while it is down (like alarm processing etc) as a temporary measure until the primary is available again. If you have a large environment, and the examples from the documentation do not cover your use case, it would be best if you would further discuss this with the CA Services team for detailed advice.
Thanks Martin for your suggestion -So, the secondary hub will be idle until there is a dip in primary hub.
You can, however, add configurations to your robot.cfg for secondary hub. That way, if the robot is unable to register with primary, it will attempt to register with secondary.
You can create a package in your IM archive that has just this section, deploy it to the robots that you need to set a secondary hub with the appropriate config values needed:
