CA Service Management 14.1 supports CA Business Intelligence (CABI) 4.1 SP3 release.  In CABI 4.1 SP3 several new tools were introduced and existing components were updated. A good list of new features are available here on the CABI wiki site.

In this new release, there are couple of key URL changes by which CABI is normally accessed directly.

Central Management Console URL is:                    http://<servername>:<appserver port>/BOE/CMC

Infoview URL (called BI Launch Pad now) is:          http://<servername>:<appserver port>/BOE/BI

(Note: If the CABI reports are being accessed via a Reports tab offered in the product and trusted authentication is established, these URLs are still transparent as they were previously in CABI 3.x)

    Thanks for the update Raghu.

At this time the "CABI wiki site" link leads to a 403 Forbidden Error.

Sorry about the trouble J.W.  I'm posting it here for quick access.  I'm not sure what happened to the wiki link.

    Hope this helps.
