Group Notification in CA Service Desk

Hi,

 

Created the Group under Ca service Desk Manager R12.9. Specified the Email Address of Each group and Also each group has the members. Also for each group Notification method is set to "EMAIL".

While doing the assignment to group and assignee . Assigne is getting the email notification but Group is not getting the email notification. Checked by doing manual notify to group by this approach group is getting the Email notification. but without Manual Notify Group is not getting email notification. Is there ant setting for this by which Group along with group memeber will get email notification ?
