    Open a command prompt on the Clarity Application Server

    Type the command 'admin password'

    You will be prompted to enter the current NSA password (if you forgot the password, see below)

    Delete the '.passwd' file located under [Clarity_Home]\config

    Start a command prompt on the Clarity Application Server

    Type the command 'admin password'

    I will ask you to enter a new pwd

    For V 12 use command "nikuadmin password"

    the word niku is dropped in a few more places in v13 and later.
