I am looking to build a process that will XOG in the current available capacity for roles into a portfolio plan to show up on the Targets page. Basically I will do a SQL query to determine what the remaining available # of FTEs is per role factoring out all approved projects resources associated to the roles are booked to.

I XOGed out a test portfolio to see how the structure is set up and I am trying to understand how it is getting the values for the segments. See example:

These numbers are really large and also don't fit neatly into even monthly segments as they appear on the Targets page. I'd like to know what these values are based on as I've tried many different mathematical equations trying to look at the totals and never seem to get close.

Seconds? I.e. divide by 3600 to get Hours?

Can you give an example of the value you expect? E.g. what capacity do you expect for Business Analyst for Jan?
