  • 1.  Import file issue

    When I try to import the file it throws an error import file is not vaild. I exported process which is already there and tried to import but not able to import that file also.

    I have admin access also. What is causing this issue

    Looks like the xml is invalid. Can you please share the xml ?

    Hi,

    Please, put the file with the problem here and let us test with you. Another questions, do you export and import to the same version of PAM?  Because, if you try to export of a PAM 4.x to PAM 3.x, doesn't work.

    I cant attach the xml file due to security reasons. From same PAM 3.X i am exporting and not able to import into same environment.

    I would suggest you open a case with the support team and provide the file to them for review.   Otherwise I would suggest testing in your 4.2 environment as 3.1 will be end of life April 30th
