I learned this trick (a comment bubble) that some of our users might like since comments often refer to specific text on a page.
Comment Bubble: Reviewers select content on the page and hover the mouse. Then, they click the Quote button that appears above the selection. The selected text is added into the Comments box with the Quote paragraph style applied.
How it works:
On the page, click the comment button. Highlight the text in the article that you are commenting on and then click the little bubble. The text will be pasted into the comment field. This gives users an easy way to give focus to specific lines of text.
