You get it with your downloads. DPM is no longer available after 9.6.

What version of APM do you have?

It should be available on the support site with your other APM download files.

Check the manifest PDF file (COV*.pdf) for each APM version and look for it there.

show me a screenshot of what you see when you go to your download page.

if your maintenance agreement is current, you should see exactly the same thing i just posted.

I would first try to go to https://support.ca.com and log in using your same credentials you use of Communities.

If you are logged in now, it should automatically use your cached credentials.

Once you get to the support page, hover your mouse over the Download Center arrow and choose "Download Products".

After you're redirected, type in "CA Application Performance Management - MULTIPLATFORM" and choose your APM Release, Gen level, then search.

If after all that you still do not see the software, you will need to contact CustomerCare and let them know your fulfillment is missing software.

Make sure your profile has your company's SiteID attached.

You can check this by checking your "My Profile" setup.

You will find it under the "CA Support" tab in your profile.
