I created my form to my catalog service and processes in IT PAM.
Now I want to bind my form with my IT PAM process.
How to run my process it records my request service in Service Desk Management (SDM)?

First of all you need to create an offering on Service Catalog. You can follow the steps from the chapter Creating and Updating Services at Catalog Administration Guide. This new offering must have an approval process driven by PAM:
Then You need to create a new rule at Administration / Events-Rules-Action inside the Event called Request/Subscription Item Change. There's a charpter about it at the Administration Guide.
This new rule must be the type CA Process Automation, selecting this option you will be able to link this rule to a Start Request Form from PAM.
So, everytime this rule is activated, Catalog is going to start this Request Form (and the process that this SRF is linked to). I hope it can help you.
ps: This was done on a Service Catalog 12.x. I don't know if this continues the same on 14.x.

you need to create a start request form in ITPAM and call that SRF in catalog Event->Action->Rules with parameters required for ITPAM.To create in Service Desk you need to use the pam service desk connector and write a workflow process.
