Are there known issues with using IE11 in Clarity v13
IE 11 was never supported with 13.2 and there are some compatibility way to get it working in 13.3

It was me asking this question on LinkedIn some weeks ago. These are the problems, which were reported.
But I was told that most of the issue will disapear, when you run IE 11 in Enterprise Mode. It will behave like IE 9, but it is still not supported. You should keep at least one workstation with a supported browser to profe that an issue is not related to the unsupported browser.
We're currently on 13.0 so it may be slightly different in later versions. Clarity works, but it has issues. Sometimes it won't load when you first visit the page, and you have to reload the page several times before it does. This can be alleviated if you clear/disable the cache but probably not a great idea in general. Other than that, the main thing I run in to is trying to edit lookups on grid pages, you have to select your option twice before it takes it (click the dropdown, pick an option, its still empty. Click dropdown again and select, now it sticks).
Yes, you might have the problem while doing Inline editing in pages where there is a grid format. To change a value directly from there, you might need to click twice. I believe this is the same thing L.Elias also mentioned in the end. Sometimes I have also seen letters getting overlapped with each other.
in 13.3 (and almost certainly 13.2) there are a number of defects with ie11 in edge mode for example timesheet filter, large string entry, matrix filtering and unable to remove multiple rows (allocations etc).
We found enterprise mode to work well and this has now been recommended by CA
