Hi, our clarity system is sso enabled . for only one particular user it is redirecting to logout URL .

    Hi,

    our clarity system is sso enabled . for only one particular user it is redirecting to logout URL .

    This is user is able to access all other applications which are SSO enabled .

    where could be the problem .

    could you please suggest to trouble shoot the problem .

    Is the user account in clarity active . Also can you check if all the validation parameters for SSO middleware are sent in SAML assertion .Using a fiddler trace can be helpful in these situations

    he is active in clarity . only this user is having the issue
