  • 1.  Missing Password cannot be same as UID in Password complexity in password policy settings

    Hi Experts,

     

    I am trying to have password complexity set as password cannot be same UID and i dont see any configuration for this.

    Hi Sharanya,

    It is not possible to do that on a password policy in IM, but you can create your own a validation script and put it in the Reset User Password Profile screen.

    Thanks for responding back do we have to write just the validation javascript or even the Initialization JavaScript.

    Hi Sharanya,

    Because the comparison of UID and password value happens when users click Submit button, you only need the validation script.

    Initialization script is triggered when a task is opened.
