I have an expert question. I have requirement that I dont have a good solution at the moment.
We managing planned costs and actuals on cost plans for each particular project. Finance team want to use CA PPM to track billing and actuals for external resource usage. But when they accept CA PPM as a single source of truth cost plan data should not be changed for prior periods. Project manager can edit the next periods but can not edit prior ones.
Is it possible to do that?
Did you faced any similar requirement before?
What would be your solution for that scenario?
