Hi CA Support Team,
we are using sdm for 2 subsidiaries since past 3 years and now we have expanded it to 4 more subsidiaries,
we are facing attachment issue with only newly created 4 tenants while users creating tickets.while uploading attachment it gives error unable to connect to the SDM server…. old 2 tenants are able to attach document in tickets
Keep in mind This error only facing when users login from their system.
This is totally fine if we login with any new subsidiary user from application server, attachments r uploading successfully.
Please i need resolution over it. i also checked 8080 port & its open already.
