Did anyone experience greyout screen in Clarity v13.3?
User is on MacBook, latest Chrome Browser version. He do not have the same problem before but got the greyout screen recently.
He has completed the following:
- Deleted all Cookies and Caches and Clear browsing data from IE and Chrome
- Disabled popout blocker
- Reboot his pc
However, he do not experience any issue on FireFox browser. Any idea?
