Hi,

 

We are migrating the ca service desk manager 12.7 to 14.1.

 

We have commom database for service catalog and service desk, we have restored the database of 12.7 in to 14.1.

 

Now catalog is not at all working, could you please suggest me what would be the reason for this issue?
