We have resolution code/root cause required upon closure of incidents/problems. I was wondering if anyone could provide advice on how to push out resolutions codes/root causes from the Close Children action. On the update status form we added a drop down for both of these fields and I am able to update these fields and change the status on one incident. This code isn't working on the Close Children form. Any advice on how to get this to work? Thank you!
