    Hi guys,

we have Jaspersoft successfully configured but we are running into some issues regarding the display.

Firstly, when I go to Home > Advanced Reporting I do not see the below images as expected:

    pic1.PNG

Also, when I try to run a report - KPI's by Project Type for example, we see this error:

The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience.

    Error Message

    Error filling report

    Error Message

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Error executing SQL statement for : CSK_PRJ_KPIsByProjectTypeDashboard

    Error Message

    com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Socket closed

We are using IE8. Some troubleshooting attempted so far:

    - ensured mixed content is enabled.

    - the application URL is in our Local Intranet zone so there should be no issue with trust levels.

    - also see similar issues in Chrome

Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

    Hi Suman,

yes we ran the Load DWH job successfully and also the Load DWH Access Rights.

The PMO content was also installed.

I have a case open currently and our next step is to try installing the first cumulative patch to see if it helps.

I'll update here again once we have tried that.

    Thanks.

    Hi Colin,

Do you have a single app server or multiple application server load balanced?

    Regards

    Hi Suman,

I will also try reinstallaing Jaspersoft.

In the release notes it says that I must rename the existing <jasperwebcontext> folder.

Can you please remind me where this folder is located?

Would it be the following folder which needs to be renamed?

    D:\apache\apache-tomcat-7.0.55\webapps\reportservice

I am getting the same error while running the CSP report "Capacity vs. Demand by Resource", but for some particular parameter combinations only. For other parameters, the same report is running with no error. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
