  • 1.  Need Help on the below error

    Hi Friends,

     

    We are in a situation where we are unable to Explore and corelate against the Endpoint.We are getting the below error while doing Explore and Corelate,This all started after upgrading to r12.6 sp5

     

    Error:Active Directory Endpoint 'NBNAD' read failed:Connector Server Add Failed :Server Down (ldaps://servername.local:20403) - Return  code: 13.

     

    Already raised a case with CA,still we are not able to get this resolved,need some help from the community .

    Thanks Chris,We are able to fix this issue,it was related to the AD certificate,which got expired.
