    Hello friends, I see that in some machines the server scalability is changing automatically to ????w, you have seen this occur in some way.

    Hi Leao_Ereno,

     

    With R12.5 SP1 C1 agents does show this behavior. If you are using the R12.5 SP1 C1 on agent machines, please raise case to get the fix.

    Hi Leao_Ereno,

     

    I have already seen similar problem when there is a mix of ITCM version on an Agent.

     

    Example :

    ITCM Basic Agent and SD Agent have version 12.5 SP1 C1

    and AM Agent has version 12.5 SP1

     

    Check with dsmver command and version of files in DSM\bin directory that all Agent plugins have the same version.
