I have installed CA SDM 14.1 in my infra and the SDM webview is coming and I am able to operate that also but when I am trying to log in to the WSP from the background server its stucking.
Please suggest what shall I do?
Its showing log in invalid even if I am loging in with Administrator credentials
Hi Saswata,
Did you try using ServiceDesk credentials to login to WSP? Run the pdm_status to see if domsrvr:wsp and web:wsp are in running state. Also, verify how the web_cgi_url was defined in the options manager.

I have checked an everything is fine. WSP also opening when in the url for WSP I am adding tomcat port (It was opening from IIS). I have configured the webview for IIS and Tomcat Server both. How to make the WSP to open from tomcat only? So that it will directly open

You want to add the @NX_WSP_CGI_URL= parameter in NX.ENV
