Depends on what version of CCA you are using as earlier versions require JRE 1.6, while the newer ones support 1.7; 1.8 not supported as of yet. Try this:
- First, Go to:
- 1. control panel
- 2. Java
- 3. Security
- 4. CertIficates
- 5. Look for CA certificates either under and delete it
- See if that helps get the prompt back to click No "to blocking it"
- If not, then in order to revert this, delete the applet from your registry
- by:
- 1. Go to REGEDIT
- 2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- 3. SOFTWARE
- 4. JavaSoft
- 5. You will see a list of Javasoft sub folders like this . . . .
- - Java Plug-in
- - 1.6.0_XX <------ (DELETE THIS FOLDER) (if its 1.7 and you are using the supported CCA version, please delete that)
- 6. Reinstall the current Java or upgrade to the latest 1.6xxxxx release

You can also confirm any issues by opening the java control panel locally while attempting to view the visualizations
