Trusted applications issue

Hi,

I'm using the document classification feature to classify and identify the sensitive files.

Firstly, I use the Ca Dataminder for monitoring my data in motion, in use whitout applying any

possible action (capture folder). However, in the client host (where the endpoint is installed), I get continuously

the read only permission for each running application (until i include it in the trusted

applications list).

To resolve the problem, I try to include the name of the application in the trusted application list.

However, it is not possible because there are a lot of applications and services running on the host and it's impossible to allow manually all the available applications (examples: chrome.exe, iexplore.exe, wgnPwui.exe, AcroRd32.exe...).

So I wonder if there is a method to avoid getting these messages knowing that the user should

not see any Ca DataMinder message because the product is used only for monitoring the user's

activities.

Really it's a high impact issue, so I need your help

Best regards
