Hello, we are running Spectrum 9.4.2.1. We just upgraded our EEM from 8.4 to 12.51.2.11.

Once we make changes to Spectrum oneclick SSO and save the configuration it gives you a msg saying " Reconfiguring will be complete after the OneClick server has been restarted.SPA-OCA-10100: Configuring and restarting OneClick Server."

Interestingly, it only stops Spectrum tomcat services, it does not start. has any one seen this? looks like a bug to me.

How long did you waited? Do you see a new stdout.log been created ?

I suggest to restart the tomcat service manually as reconfigurng from Onelcick in these scenarios will take sometime.

Kothapalli, Issue here is not waiting for how long. Issue here is misleading warning msg displaying telling you that it will will restart the process. In production we have multiple one click and all had the same issue. I have tried in Dev environment, and its behaves the same way. Regarding wait time and creating new tomcat.log file, it will not create a new one until service is started.

Again, you suggestion is a workaround. I am OK, if message asks me to do it manually.

In this case i suggest to raise a bug ticket with Spectrum.

it works for us in our lab.

What version of spectrum have you tried and what OS you are running on? we are using 9.4.2.1 on window 2008R2 64 bit server. I have the same behaviour on all 6 one clicks in my environment.

May be I will open up a case to find out more details.

I have tried on Specturm 9.4 with the same OS. Should not make any difference.
