  • 1.  The current configuration only supports loading images built for a x86 processor architecture

    Hi,

    I am setting Webagent 64Bit on Windows 2008 IIS7, OS is is 64BIT and application Set Enable 32Bit Applications>True

     

    When trying Access IIS on browser Getting error

     

    HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error

    Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Program Files\netegrity\webagent\bin\ISAPI6WebAgent.dll" failed

    Error Code 0x800700c1


    Event logs Shows>

    ISAPI Filter 'C:\Program Files\netegrity\webagent\bin\ISAPI6WebAgent.dll' could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current configuration only supports loading images built for a x86 processor architecture

     

    Do i need to install 32Bit Webagent ??

    what version web agent?

     

    in R6, you need to match bits

    in R12.0 SP3 you need to match bits UNLESS using the IIS special Agent

    in R12.5x you should not have this issue

    its 6X agent.

    So I have to install 32Bit agent ?? Is 32Bit agent can Install OS 64Bit ??

    why on earth would you use a 6.0 web agent?

    those are not supported! get the policy server to 12.5x and then use a 12.5x agent!

     

    seriously, use the issue as an excuse to upgrade everything.

    being on 6.0 after the 12.00 EOL was announced, is seriously wrong.
