CA Service Management

  • 1.  pdm_mail_nxd issue

    Hello,

    I have an issue with CA SDM mailing service,

    sometimes pdm_mail_nxd daemon stops sending notifications and starts to queing it in mail_queue folder.

    Stdlog contains the next information:

    slump_nxd            3264 SIGNIFICANT  socket_port.c         1949 Unable to write to (pdm_mail_nxd) for 1802 seconds. Total errors (1417). Last RC(10035): Unknown error
    slump_nxd            3264 SIGNIFICANT  socket_port.c         1957 Too long in error state - dropping connection to SOCKET_PORT(0x00125168) description = socket port port_name = pdm_mail_nxd status = 0 ip address = *.*.*.* compression = 1 extra_flags = 0 file descriptor = 376 write pending = 1 handler type = DATA read count = 8 write count = 208648 socket = 0
    

     

    So it seem like daemon have kind of timeout,

    is anyone know the way to configure that params or decrease timeout?

    Or any suggestions for me?
