Dear all,

after having set up Jaspersoft sucessfully, we somehow managed to break the integration from CA PPM and Jaspersoft.

When running the job "Create and Update Jaspersoft Users", following error appears in the bg-ca.log:

Unauthorized access to <HOST>\reportservice with username ppmjasperadmin

at com.niku.union.reporting.jaspersoft.ClarityJasperAdmin.login(ClarityJasperAdmin.java:240)

  at com.niku.union.reporting.jaspersoft.ClarityJasperAdmin.createInstance(ClarityJasperAdmin.java:142)

  at com.niku.reporting.jobs.jasper.ClarityJasperUserSyncJob.init(ClarityJasperUserSyncJob.java:46)

  at com.niku.reporting.jobs.jasper.ClarityJasperUserSyncJob.scheduledEventFired(ClarityJasperUserSyncJob.java:74)

  at com.niku.njs.Dispatcher$BGTask.run(Dispatcher.java:367)

  at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:1145)

  at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:615)

  at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745)

I have checked the passwords both in the database of CA PPM and Jaspersoft (ppm_jaspersoft), and both strings are identical to another system we have set up in parallel.

This eliminates the possibility that somehow the passwords got corrupted and therefore the authentication fails.

Is there any other possiblity the integration could have been destroyed?

I already reinstalled the jaspersoft-content (parameter upgrade).

Thanks in advance for your help!
