We're using Introscope Agent 9.5.2 (full instrumentation) on an ASP.NET application (.NET version 2.0) on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit on IIS 7 and we have a problem on an webservice's intrumentation.
The average response time on Introscope Investigator for this webservice is about 1 or 2 sec. but the average response time detected from the client (Soap UI) is about 4 times more, 4 or 6 sec; it's not a network issue.
How is that possible?
Can I add a specific IIS instrumentation to detect from Introscope this highs responses time?
