DX NetOps

Hello everybody, after install CABI for spectrum in linux im getting the folowing errors:

in logs: (/var/log/messages)

boe_crprocd[8684]: Successfully registered with name com.seagatesoftware.img.osca.pageserver."specconsv"-SPECCONSVCABI.CrystalReportsProcessingServer with name server

boe_crprocd[8829]: The function PEOpenEngineEx failed. Reason:  Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error.

boe_crprocd[8684]: Error in the report processing unit. (RCIRAS0624)

boe_crprocd[8684]: A subprocess in the processing serer was forced to terminate. (RCIRAS0622)

boe_crprocd[8942]: The function PEOpenEngineEx failed. Reason:  Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error.

boe_crprocd[8684]: Error in the report processing unit. (RCIRAS0624)

and similar errors when i run any report

boe_crcached[3069]: An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. (RCIRAS0603)

CABI Product Version: 12.5.0.1265

     (CA Business Intelligence r3.3 for CA Spectrum r9.4.x for Linux.iso)

Red Hat Version:

rpm -qa | grep release

     redhat-release-server-6Server-6.6.0.2.el6.x86_64

any suggestion is welcome!

I update to SP7, CABI Product Version: 12.7.0.1985 and same error... any ideas ?

Hi,

I cannot really say much regarding your error message. But you should be aware of the fact that just because a SP für CABI/BOXI is available does not mean necessarily that Spectrum "officially" supports it. I had a recent issue with Spectrum 9.4 and BOXI where we installed an official SP but were told by support afterwards that it is not supported by Spectrum. So make sure you only run the CABI/BOXI version supported by Spectrum.

WELGE, the updates are for spectrum "officially", right now i revert snapshot and try CABI 4.1. And new similars errors with the CrystalReports services. Maybe there is something with Redhat version or librarys incompatibility.
