    Hello Team,

As we are in the final stages of the WLC-AP management within Spectrum, one thing that our research has shown is a slightly different deployment model than what we have been considering.

While we have thoughts on accommodating this, we wanted to get your opinion and check how many people actually use this kind of deployment. Please see below...

If you do use this, would really appreciate if you could confirm on this post and if possible, drop me a note, Kiran.Diwakar@ca.com - we would like to have a quick chat with you.

Thanks in advance - and please do provide your suggestions and critique - we DO listen

    Regards,

    Kiran Diwakar

    Hello All,

We are assuming that the above deployment is not as common. Can people please correct us if that is not the case?

Additionally, one more question. Do any of you have both LWAPP and CAPWAP enabled on a single controller?

    Please confirm.

    Regards,

    Kiran Diwakar

We have both Active and Standby controllers in our data center.  Each of our 100+ remote sites have AP's that will get their IP address from the local DHCP server. Each AP will register with primary controller and download its LWAPP configuration
