  • 1.  TEWS Issue for ServiceNow to IDM 12.6.5

    We just installed IDM 12.6.5 and added TEWS capabilities.  When ServiceNow connects to a Mid Server and gets the SOAP information......SOAP UI sees the tasks within IDM 12.6.5 but for some reason when you run a task you get the following error:

    Then please suggest which one it should go in since there are no CA IDM Communities.

    Ted,

      Please mark this as resolved for your end as the support tickets are closed and you have moved forward.

     

      I am glad to see you are using SOAPUI for testing, Is it not a great test harness?
