    Carlos has a specific case with names such as agent-123 and agent -123.

     

    I would expect the hyphen to be replaced by underscores. Instead he sees

    agent (drops hyphen 123)

     

    OR

     

    A123 (Follows the non-character pre-pending rule of adding an A in front of a number)
