  • 1.  Error in GovernanceMinder Dashboard

    Hi,

     

    I've installed a New CA GovernanceMinder server. When i go to Home-> DashBoards -> Configuration DashBoard, it is throwing following error.

     

    [6/11/15 16:30:45:936 CDT] 00000153 SystemErrR Caused by: org.apache.wicket.WicketRuntimeException: Error calling method: public com.eurekify.web.chart.ChartData com.eurekify.web.dashboards.AuditcardDashboardPage.getPieChart() on object: [Page class = com.eurekify.web.dashboards.AuditcardDashboardPage, id = 72, version = 0]

    There is really not a lot to go on here.

     

    You have given the smallest amount of data possible, and quite simply put that is not enough to begin troubleshooting.

     

    I think the best way to move forward with this is to get a support ticket opened if you wish to move this forward.
