IT PAM Trigger on Closed status

We would like to trigger PAM process once a service desk ticket closed which further closes the co-responding order in USS/Catalog. 


Since we cant trigger a PAM process on inactive ticket, we thought to trigger on Resolved status and the PAM closes it. But for resolved status we have Auto closure after 5 days.


we can still manage to close the order in catalog after 5 days, but its hard if user reopens the service desk ticket then we don't want the PAM to close the catalog order


Please suggest.
