Does the Service Management mobile app support custom (htmpl) forms for task approvals?
This question was asked by a participant during Service Management Office Hours last week (Thursday, June 11, 2015), but could not be answered during the live chat session.
The current version of CA Service Management mobile app, available through Google Play and Apple App Store, does not support custom htmpl forms for task approvals i.e. the content under 'My Tasks' tile of the mobile app. The task details screen on the mobile app cannot be customized; however, the custom status values can be used as they are listed under the status field of tasks when accessed from the mobile app.
